Welcome to the forum
1994 and earlier Rangers used the older computer, the 60-wire EEC-IV, these are for the most part not programmable per say, you can run a "man-in-the-middle" or an interface to change parameters
1995 and up Rangers use the 104-wire EEC-V computer which is programmable
This is a "man-in-the-middle" type device: https://www.diyautotune.com/support/...d/ford-eec-iv/
Tweecer has some info as well: The TwEECer -- EEC-IV user programmable module

New to the forum have similar issue, i do not know too much about the older stuff far as tuning. I have tuned several diesel trucks with custom tuning software. But my question is what about moates, they have some stuff For ford. Here is the link.
will this work for the 2.3 lima? What years will it support the website is not very clear.
