Hearing a grinding noise in 4th

I own a 96 2.3 liter manual. When im in 4th gear and if i floor it when going about 50-60 i hear a grinding noise like clanking or something. Does anyone have any idea what this is. Would appreicate the feedback

grinding noise

i had the same problem with my 96 and lost all gears,the nice thing about it is no more grinding i just need a new tranny
