need help no spark from coil

i have a 94 b2300 with no spark coming out of coil left side cylinder 2 & 3. truck runs but wonts to hesitate when accellerated and sometimes coughs back through the air intake.

how do you know that the coils on that side aren't firing?
could it be something else?

mine was doing something similar, but it was the 2 front wires right(facing truck) side that were not firing....ICM was the culprit...runs perfect now!
