temp gauge?

temp gauge?

Well ever since i bought this truck the temp gauge has NEVER gone over a 1/4 of the way hot.......i know its running hotter than it says specially when i have the A/C running.......its a 95 2.3 anyone esle have this prob/solution? also the odometer and trip meter intermitinly work off and on....someone told me to replace the speed sensor......

if the odo and trip meeter aren't working it could be the speed sensor but then your speedometer would also be affected, I'd find a working cluster from a junkyard and to see if that fixes the issue. For the temp gage, i'm not sure but perhaps a new thermometer?

i had a similar problem with my 95 2.3 i changed the cluster out and everything worked fine the temp went to the normal position and my tach and speedo worked flawlessly too
