Here is a video of error codes I got, but I can't seem to make codes out of them. Can someone help decipher these?

FYI:
I get a Bucking / Jerking happens in lower RPM gear change or when I try to punch it.
Disconntected EGR valve and drove 5 miles with same issues (reset PCM before drive)
So there will probably be a EGR code in here. I do have a manual with all the codes, I just need to know what the numbers are.

Background:
1992 / 4 Cylinder / Manual Transmission
350,000km
Only water was in rad (no antifreeze) – very rusty



Cleaned:
Throttle body
TPS
MAF

Replaced:
Sparkplugs
Fuel Filter
Thermostat & Coolant
Air Filter (Snug fit / no leaks)
Greased U-joints
New tires - All 4


To be replaced:
Sparkplug wires
O2 sensor
Coolant sensor (probably toast due to rusty water)

 

What spark plugs did you use? also another thing to do is at night with it running spray water on the truck and see if there are any sparks. that will cause thoses problems also

 

I used champion plugs from Canadian tire.

I looked at the video several times and it seems that I have a bad o2 sensor, something that happened on my old dodge. But it seems weird that an o2 sensor would cause the violent bucking that I am experiencing.

 

Fords tend to like motorcraft and autolite plugs but not saying that it would fix your problem. And when i worked as a mechanic I've never seen an o2 sensor causing that problem. Maybe take the cats off if you can and drive it like that. You may have clogged cats

 

That's what I thought about the cat. I think I will straight pipe it soon, in the meantime, I bought an o2 sensor since I was going to do it anyways. The error code just hurried my response.

 

after watching it a few times I got the o2 sensor error code out of it.
Swapped in a new sensor, reset the PCM and BAM!!! No more bucking and jerking.

 

That is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Well that's good to hear man

 

To be fair, I also cleaned the air temp sensor which was FILTHY as well as cleaned all sensor electrical contacts. It coould have very well been a combination of issues. BUT if the o2 sensor was throwing really wild readings, my air/fuel mixture would have been really bad.
Either way, I am happy my ranger is doing better. Now to start working on all the other stuff that will help my MPG.
