Have a 89 ford ranger xlt with 2.3 and 5 speed manual 2wd

front left wheel bearing blew up and welded itself to spindle and cant remove
there is very little information on knuckles and spindles for this year and model of ranger even on Google.

Anyways can i remove the spindle from the knuckle? Knuckle is fine, spindle is destroyed. Looks like in the pic provided there looks like a nut or something that could hold it on?
if I have to get the whole knuckle, where do I get one? Looked online and checked junkyards and they dont seem to exist for my year and model.
