Leaf Springs
2011 Ford Ranger 4.0L 4x4
Hey guys,
I'm trying to get a smoother ride on my truck. I don't haul stuff that often except my dirt bike. From what I could figure with there being almost no specs out there for my truck, the OEM leaf spring capacity is 1350 lbs. I found some leaf springs that have a capacity of 1200 lbs for $100 and 1100 lbs for $140.
My question is whether these reductions of 150 or 250 lbs will do anything Will that small of a load capacity difference make the ride any better or is just not worth it?
