1998 ranger xlt suspension lift

First off id like to say whats up to everyone im brand new to the forum here and pretty much to forums in general. I have a 1998 ford ranger xlt v6 3.0L 5 spd manual 4x4. (my baby) Lately ive been taking it off roading alot and managed to hydrolock it what a nightmare that was. but ive been looking all over the internet for suspension kits for my make and model but it seems for some reason they did something different with the 98-99 i think because i cant find any lifts for it anywhere. i find up to 97 everywhere and above 2000 but nothing for 98 4x4. i can easily find body lifts but there prob not the best thing for wheeling. am i correct?? i have a little bit of car sense not too much. i was thinking if i couldent find any suspension lifts i might do a 3" body lift then new shocks coils (i guess?? LOL) i dont really kno what else i'd need or how to go about this but any info/help everyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

The only suspension kit that is currently available for the ifs rangers(which your is) is the 4 inch superlift. They are not cheap, they will set you back about 1700. If you look at my 2003, it has the same kit. You would also just do a 3 inch bl like you said for about 200 and you should be able to clear 33's. Hope this helps
