2 in. lift alignment difficulties?

I have a 1994 Ranger XLT 4x4 that I installed 2 inch coil spring spacers on last winter. I did know back then that I would need to get the truck aligned after altering the height. It resulted in some pretty severe positive camber. I got the truck aligned within 100 miles of lifting it. When I picked the truck up from the shop, the technician told me that it had a " pull that he couldn't get rid of with the alignment." Sure enough, driving down the road, it now pulled to the right. After driving it a few months, I noticed that my tires were wearing very unevenly. By the time I got new tires, they were completely bald on the inside, and barely worn on the outside. When I got 2 new tires, I also got it aligned once again at a different shop. The technician there told me that they "got it as close as they could, but it sure is a helluva lot better than before." Even after this alignment, the truck still pulls pretty hard to the right, and my tires are still probably not wearing evenly.

So, I've heard that when the front end of your truck is lifted, a different set of camber bushings should be used to correct the camber. Should these be used on my truck? and if so, what kind do I get, and where can I find them? Also, my Ranger has 31x10.5x15 tires all the way around. Obviously, not the size meant for this truck. Could these over-sized tires also be causing problems with the alignment? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this.
