2006 ranger sits lower on passenger side

Although I'm new to Ranger-forms, I'm not new to Rangers. I recently purchased a 2006 XLT 4x4 extra cab 4.0 and specifically wanted a manual. So far I've replaced the entire interior with new carpet, headliner (person before me must have smoked like a chimney, so I installed 1999 Mountaineer leather power seats while I was at it. Now I'm trying to address an issue on the outside. The entire passenger side of the truck front and rear sits 3/4 to an inch lower than the driver side. i've found tons of postings about the driver side but not the passenger site. All of the bushings look good, the shocks are new. I measured from the center of the wheel wells and both front and rear on passenger side are lower. I even swapped the tires front and rear and side to side and it didn't make a difference. I'm stumped!!!
