2008 Ranger torsion bar problem

After cranking my torsion bars 2 full turns on both sides I gained .4 inches on left and .9 inches on the passenger side. To even out the sides I turned the drivers side one more full turn and gained NOTHING. I also thought that this act was supposedly going to give me a 2 inch lift. What is going on here!?

These are the total heights from ground to bottom of fender above wheel.

Drivers side: 32.9 inches
Passengers side: 33.6 inches

Crank them more then.

Drivers side sits lower because of the gas tank. It's referred to as the "ranger lean".

Hmm okay, I just thought that 3 turns was the absolute max you wanted to crank them.
