2wd lift

Hello all
I'm new to this forum and just purchased a 1996 Ranger cyl 2wd. I would like to lift it about 2-3" and was wondering what my best options are. Thanks

Here is a lift that i found months ago for the Ranger.

4in Suspension Lift Kit for 83-97 Ford 2wd Ranger [515.20] | Rough Country Suspension Systems®

Its a 4in and i will leave another website that has a 5in and other parts for lifts, like brake lines, etc..
