Thanks guys, and thanks for the kind words country.

Now it's just a matter of time. May be sooner than later. I found out my parents are going to take care of half of my insurance payment because I got jipped out of my stimulus check. My parents claimed me as dependant so the govt didnt give me any money...even though I worked part time for 5 months and full for 4.

How much taller is the edge than a regular xlt? because theoretically you could take the spindles off the edge and put them on a 98 2wd xlt right? And that would give you 2" of lift?

Its roughly 2" higher, but no the spindles are not the same. The suspension is totally different between the edge and xlt. Now technically they will bolt up, but its gonna throw everything out of whack. Also just changing the spindles won't give you that 2", edges are taller because of the torsion bar suspension they use.
