Icon5 3 in suggestions

Ok. 2009 ranger. Tried doing some research but I'm not finding the answers I'm looking.I just want a 3in lift. I was going to change my bushings just to stop the squeak but figured if I'm going to take it apart might as well do this all at once. Looked at new shocks for the front and getting mono tube is wut I want. But as far as the lift. I've heard everything from complete front over haul to simple replacing the coils and front end alignment. As far as the rear end goes I want to strenghthen the leaf springs to handle a heavy trailer load so its gonna lift anyways. Any suggestions. I have never done suspension work so I don't know were to start.

Vehicle info will help. Are you 2WD? You mentioned coils

Yup. Small truck with big dreams. Its a 2wd 2.3l. I've become some wut of an emergency mechanic for my friends. Snatching them out of ditches and feilds and when they break.down with a trailer I'm the one that's gotta go retrieve it. Need to give my truck a little more muscle to hold it self up o guess u could say.

A body lift will give you 3 easy inches. You may also want to look into a selectable locker to help you out when pulling people around

O and my coils, my father in law had told me that my springs seem to look as if they have gotten weak. He had said by replacing the springs it would naturally lift my truck back up or to just simply get. A larger spring since its just a three inch lift. And my biggest question is the shocks and if I would have to change everything to match the lift. Like for instance if I put bigger spring its gonna make my control arms angle down. Meaning I would have to pull my tires back in but would that change the size of my sway bar or tire rods or anything? Like I said I'm new to suspension so forgive me if these questions seem irrelevant

I kinda like the spindle lift. More clearance from the ground. Main reason for the lift. But doesn't that make the tires stick out slightly? I don't mind it its just as far as the rear goes my ocd is Hon.a kick in lol. Simple spacers or wut should I do to kick the tear tires out?
