4WD or edge shocks in an XLT?
New guy here-- been lurking for a while but this is my first post.
I have a 2002 XLT and I just installed 2" blocks in the back and coil spring spacers in the front. During the install, I noticed my shocks are pretty shot, and I'd like to replace them with something a little bit longer since I'm now extending them a little farther that they should be.
My questions are: 1) Are the 4WD or edge shocks longer than the XLT shocks? and 2) Will they fit in my XLT?
Thanks.

I haven't taken it in for an alignment yet, as I just finished it last night and just got home from work. Just from eyeballing it, the camber seems to still be slightly negative, so it doesn't look like it will need much tweaking.
The spacers I got were universal ones from Pep Boys.
The front look identical to these, but a different brand:
And the rear were these:

i did the same with my ranger (coil spacers) and asked the same questions.. they will fit, the stock 4x4 or edge shocks are longer. but the travel is different cause of the bar they put in them to clear the CV or something. if youre buying new, get some pro comp ES 3000s or some ES 9000s, only a $2 difference. when you get them, at a 4wheel parts store, or call, tell them you want these shocks for your ranger xlt 2wd with about 2-3 inches of lift, theyll help you out. when i get mine, theyre being shipped, ill get you the part number if you want.
