94 2wd lift

whats the cheapest/easiest way to lift the front of a 94 2wd ranger? do they make spindles or would i have to go new coils? im looking for 3 inches in the front

taller springs....f150 springs. or get a 4" suspension lift....still a hell of alot cheaper than us 98+ guys.
