Ive got a real noticeable thumping sound which i can also fell through the floor bored coming from the left front. It only does it with the left front. I can put the right side off the side of the road at different speeds and not here any thing unusual, but move over to the reflectors and you can hear it, also going down my dirt driveway which has a few washouts on the left side, its really loud but coming up the drive nothing even when i put the right side tires in the same washouts. and its getting louder!!!

Yesterday i tore down the front left suspension, the shock to me, checked out fine, it compressed and rebounded smoothly, checked the sway bar and ball joints, spindle, break caliper and pads, and a few other little things and all feels fine, put it all back together and same thing keeps happening.

And today driving in town, i got on the breaks kinda heavy for a stop light (doing 45 mph) and while on the breaks near 20mph i heard and felt this loud pop/thump, i pulled over and checked under the truck and found nothing to be broken or loose.

It kinda goes away a little when you ride the breaks, but it still happens,

Iam Stumped .... any one else got any ideas ??????

 

radius arm bushing and I-beam bushings...

 

Sweet, replaced the radius arm bushings and now i have no thumping.
