Ok befor i go ordering parts...I have no idea whats going on in the front end of my truck. i have this bad clunk rattle noise in the front end of my truck and its driveing my sooo crazy...Every bump...and when turning in to my drive way...my old man and i got under the truck and he said the ball joints look fine "but i dont know they could be shot and still look good". the steering and every thing is nice and tight....my wheels are a little tilted in...truck just hit 50,000 and i wouldnt think ball joints would go already but who knows with these awsome michigan roads, i have no idea ball joints? Wheel bearing? Shocks? HELP!!!!

 

I had an annoying noise under the front of my truck. I had to replace my tie rods and ball joints. Bell tire would let you know thats where I took mine in.

is it only on bumps?

a wheelbearing you will hear all the time while moving... if its only on bumps or curtain turns, id check the sway bar. I know ive had mine come loose before

 

Check the brake caliper bolts, they have a tendence to work themselves loose and they'll just fall out.

 

Sounds like it is time for ball joints.
