the truck only sits on my Spindle Lift.

I take it you've lifted the truck in the past. How did you lift the rear and have you checked the rear spring U bolts to make sure they're tight ?
I'm thinking left turn , right rear tire 'chucking' back and forth if the leaf springs are loose to the axle.
With an open diff ,the wheel on the outside of the turn is the drive wheel.

The rear on edge's come stock with 2' blocks. After rocking the truck back and forth I heard the clunk noise multiple times. It's gotta be the sway bar/bushings at this point.
