bolt on c-notch

i have a flip kit on the rear of my 94 splash and i only have about 1 1/2" of shock travel before the axle hits the frame resulting in a hard bottom out. i really dont want to notch my frame but if i do it i want it done right. does anyone make a bolt on c notch for my truck.

belltech i think... Maybe DJM? if you can weld, or know someone who can, get a 3" piece of pipe(1/4" wall atleast) and weld that in and then box the frame around it..
using the pipe would be cheap since you could probally get a 6" section for next to nothing if not free. and then you would need some 1/4" plate to box in the inside of the frame...

i know, you wont have to cut the bed, it would be the same size as a bolt in c-notch, but a half section of a 6" piece of pipe(would give ya 3" notch) and you just plate the inner side of the frame so you dont lose the strength
