Camburg 2.0 shock upgrade...have some questions

wassup guys, im trying to piece me a little something together for my front suspension. i ditched my front spacers in favor of some nice custom 2 1/4" lift springs for my truck. well when i hit bumps my front shocks(fabtech 2.5" lift shocks) are severely topping out and banging around. pretty soon im wanting to grab a pair of BTF fabs UCA's with the high angle BJ's. so im now looking at running some 8" resi shocks for the front and was wondering if the camburg shock upgrade will fit my truck even though i dont have the camburg kit? also does anyone know what this upgrade kit consists of??? ive checked camburgs site but its not too detailed. also does anyone know how i can get ahold of BTF fabs? i cant seem to bring up their page on this computer. thanks guys

it will fit you just have to widen the opening for the top of the coil bucket and weld the tabs in for the eyelet on the shock...try talking to a guy named nodnarb(Brandon backwards) on dezert rangers...he does some pretty baddas$ stuff hell, he might even be able to make you the brackets for the 2.0 upgrade...

thanks ive been checking out some posts over there and saw he ran BTF, i just sent him an email...i got a beach trip commin up in november so i gotta get some more travel out of my rig...question, i saw some deavers really cheap but they give 2.5" lift, but u have to reverse the hanger. from what ive read about hanger flipping it lowers 2" so i would have .5" lift??? or am i wrong?

your right it does...but a guy is making and selling some drop hangers over there so it will stay at about 2 inches of lift...but the amount of downtravel you get when you flip the hangers is way better than how they are now.... check out this guys rig
project falkor - DezertRangers.com
has alot of the components i want on mine...and stuff your talking about, pictures say 1000 words...
