Caster question.....

I just bought a 98 ranger and I noticed the front tires were angled in at the top and the tires were worn on the inside. I got some other tires and got the alignment done. My problem is that the right front tire is still angled and the specs I got from the alignment place didnt change from before and after. I called they said that the caster couldnt be adjusted and I might be a control arm issue. Here are the numbers:

Before Measurements:
L/F Camber -0.7(in the green), Caster 3.4(green),Toe -0.20 deg(red)
L/R Camber -0.3 Toe -.09
R/F Camber -.09(green), Caster 3.4(no negative but in red) Toe 0.0(green)
R/R Camber -0.1 Toe 0.00
Total Toe Front -0.20(red) Steer Ahead -0.10(red)
Total Toe Rear -0.08 Thrust angle -0.05

After Measurements:
L/F Camber -0.7(in the green), Caster 3.4(green),Toe 0.06 deg(green)
L/R Camber -0.3 Toe -0.12
R/F Camber -.09(green), Caster 3.4(no negative but in red) Toe -0.01(green)
R/R Camber -0.1 Toe 0.05
Total Toe Front -0.05(green) Steer Ahead 0.03(green)
Total Toe Rear -0.06 Thrust angle -0.09

What can I look at to see what I need to fix the r/f tire from sitting like that? Or what can I do?

Thanks!
