yes there are small issues
you will wear out the bars faster
your alignment could be off
you will lose most of the downward travel of the suspension, causing premature ball joint failure when the upper arm contacts the frame
your headlights may have to be realigned
you may have to adjust your rear view mirror
dont get me wrong, MANY people have NO problems with cranking the bars, but to tell you that there are no risks would be wrong

Start with this thread and read n3elz post. It has all the info on setting ride height. From there you can work your way up if needed.

Good post Bob, and I'm not saying your wrong necessarily, but I haven't suffered loss of any down travel whatsoever by doing this. Even when my truck was stock-ish, I measured the same amount of droop as when I measured before I had cranked them. Also, with my 6.0 on, Camburg cranks the bars to add more preload/increase spring rate, and I'm still getting over 50% more travel than stock. If it limited down travel (in meaningful numbers) they wouldn't crank them.
