Could it be the infamous "ranger lean"?

no it doesn't right you should have a silver "EDGE" decal. but seriously do you have a rather empty tank of gas? if you do then it is just the "ranger lean"

Park it on a level surface and measure each wheel opening from the ground to see if it is leaning.

Maybe I'm loosing marbles but on my 07 the front of the box is wider than the rear of the box. I think there is like 3/4" difference.

Alot of miles on it? Maybe overloaded it a bit? Your overload spring looks bent over backwards in one of the pics, maybe something along the lines of a bent leaf maybe? Just a guess, but who knows, good luck man

Even brand new Rangers are not perfectly symmetrical from the assembly line. Since a body lift has been installed, it increases the chances of misalignment, box to frame and cab to frame. I'd loosen the box and move it over as much as possible to the passenger side to get the box to tire relationship closer to equal. If that sets the box out of line with the cab, then rotate the front of the box over and/or see if you can move the rear of the cab. When all is said and done, it will probably be a compromise.

Dude your truck is just screwed your best bet is to take all the lift parts off and give them to me ASAP. I'll take the tires to for safety precautions. This is very urgent so do this now.

Heck ya they'll clear 33s and a spindle lift. Where'd you get the 2" BL from?
