Driving around with a noisy UCA/LCA wont cause problems short term right?

Will probably be anotehr month till I get them taken care of - but I'm getting all the standard noise from my passenger side - and when I replace them I plan to go full MOOG 1 piece arms, and replace both lower and uppers; doing it right the first time.

I have a ~450 mile round trip next week and was hoping to take my truck out camping... Nothing particularly bad will happen minus a little bit of odd tire wear that wont be noticeable on only 450 miles right? I don't want a wheel flying off or anything bad like that

Let me know! Just curious; the creaking sound gets a tad bit noisy when i'm turning in and out of my driveway.. lord only knows what it sounds like around town - my exhaust tends to drown it out.

Thanks ahead of time folks!

Edit:

For those interested in UCA/LCA, Greaseables, and Tie rods - this is what my purchase will be when I have the time for it in another month:

http://www.rockauto.com

1 MOOG K8708T DS Upper Arm - $91.79
1 MOOG K80068 PS Upper Arm - $111.79
2 MOOG K8695T Lower Ball Joint - $31.89 per
2 MOOG ES3461 Greaseable Tie Rod End - $23.79 per

Total: $314.94

Yeah, those are just what Ill be needing - swapping out to a full 1 piece top and all the replaceable/regreaseable joints I could use :-)

Figured its always better to repair things right the first time, then to temp patch it only to cost you more money down the road =)

Yeah Mike....dude...you'll be okay I'd say. My driverside outer TRE has been making noise only at a certain angle and pitch of the truck while turning for the last like month and about 2k. Ever since the superlift, I've been running a bad lower...thats a good 35Kish. lol.

Need to get me some TRE's and FINALLY get me an alignment.

We will have to do some "Fix our squeek" mod days methinks! -laughs- I went down to Wilsonville and passed through I-84, was about to give you a call up - but ended up having to keep on heading back.. had to work that day at 3pm. Dropped off my sisters scooter.. let me tell you, when you get a lifted ranger that looks like mine, and you strap down a 75cc scooter in the back - it looks f'in funny -laughs-
