Having an 08+ truck, you can get a quick lift out of changing your torsion bar keys for a pre-08 set, and cranking them a bit. Second, add a leaf or shackles (Belltech 6400) will give you the lift in the rear.
Doing these two things will probably get you close to your 3-4" lift goal. Just be careful on how far you crank your bars, because the drastic changes to the angles of the CV shafts will cause faster wear of your components.

I appreciate the quick responses guys I'm not sure I Want to crank the t-bars. This may be something I'm going to have to research on more I know I'm not really interested in a body lift but if I can find a coil over suspension lift that will bolt on with out to many mods and able to go back to stock if needed be would be great. This truck is my new toy to work on but is my daily driver. My summer toy is going on the back burner for a while lol
