Here. My experiences.
Spindles are pricier, but will retain ride quality.
I used to have these before I upgraded to the Fabtech 2.5", they worked great. Pick up some of these in 2" so you can get a good alignment. They also have a 'warranty', so the guy will replace them if they go bad. They are easy to install without even pulling apart the suspension, except the shock.

Alignment cams run about $15-25 depending on the store. Pick some up from napa or pep boys. You need a set of two per side in order to align your suspension after modifying it.
