I have a thought....

Ok so i am wanting to get somewhere around 2-3 inches of lift on my stock 2wd 98 ford ranger. There is a local guy with a 4x4 who wrecked his 99 ranger, can i take off the spindles on his and get the 2-3 inches of lift outta the front end? or coils or anything of that sort....thanks guys!

I'm gonna go with no... I remember seeing something about using f-150 coils to get a little lift, I think it was on RPS or something.

You could redo your entire front suspension and convert to 4wd.
