Icon7 I've been researching for a bit but...

So this is my first real thread as I have done my introduction. I have a 1999 ford ranger XLT 4x4 with a set of 15x8 American Racing AR-26 wheels that are getting new tires. Right now I have two, almost bald, 30x9.5R15's and two fairly new 30x9.5R15's. I am buying a set of 33x12.5 15's. I've been researching thanks to RF and have found a lot of information. My question is,
1. Would it be better to buy aftermarket shackles and keys to fit the tires or a block lift?

2. How far will I have to crank the torsion bars to fit the tires?
3. Will wheel spacers help with the fitting of the tires?
4. If the answer to number 3 is yes, I have some Bolt-on 2" spacers I got for free. Would those be too much?

Thanks for any information back and I am looking forward to tackling my first project on my truck.
