lift spindle help!!!!!!!!

lift spindle help!!!!!!!!

i completed install, and well the nipple on the rear of the lower a-arm on both sides compresses the calipers on a full turn lock u-turn, how is this fixed???? grind the nipple down, what can b done?>

Those are your steering stops. It is a common issue with spindle lifts. You can grind them off.

then wut, wil the spindle it the lower a-arm or with the rack and pinion max out?

Mine does it too, Fabtech sells steering stops to fix it that you bolt on under the control arm. I called them about it once and the guy told me to just go to 4wheelparts or somewhere and they can order them.

how much???? and what happens if i grind the bump stop down will the steerin stop from the rack and pinion or continue to push on the a0-aRM

I'm not sure how much. IDK if you can weld or have any friends who do but if you search either on here or RPS theres a way to make your own by welding a bolt onto the control arm or something, I forget but if you search you'll find it.

i just ground that part off, then never had any issues with it. always meant to do something to fix it, but no need now that the lift is off

i ground the nipple down and no problem but its close so i lke the bolt idea and the guy from 4wheel parts suggested the same thing
