Thanks.
I was also concerned with the side to side clearance for turning. Hope they won't rub on anything.
Body lift will make the wheel well taller, but not wider, if I'm not mistaken.

I live up in Minnesota where we get lots of snow come winter. I wonder how such big tires will help.
Also would it be best to switch back to my stock set in different seasons. Having two sets of wheels, i can make them last longer.
Maybe run the bigger tires in the winter and the smaller ones more in the summer?

Thanks

Ok how many bolts do u have to remove for the bed? I am spraying everything down with some lubricant and trying to break everything free.

Is it just the 6 torx (t55) bolts in the bed or do u have to remove others?

ok i got the 6 torx bolts from the box loose. I now got 4 of the 6 cab bolts loose, the 4 inside the cab.
How do you get the two bolts up front by the radiator loose? looks like a nut on the top side and the bolt head facing down. I cant break them loose, even with an impact gun.

Also how many bolts do you have to remove to take the front bumper off??
I took two nuts off 2 bolts sticking thru some brackets, and if its just the two, i cant break the bumper loose.

Thanks.

I like my dura's. I recommend them.
I don't have a body lift. Nor do I want one.
My tires are only 31's.

Pretty sure there are 4 2 to hold the bumper on. there is one on each side through a "hole" in the frame and your towhooks might be getting in the way of getting it out. I pulled my bumper off my green truck that i had for 2 months right off because i didn't care about it though lol. front core bolts are always a bitch to take off so be ready to have a huge pair of channel locks or pipe wrench!

Ok I got all 6 cab bolts loose and free. Just gotta get the rear bumper now. Already did the front bumper, and id like to say taking off the tow hooks freaking sucked, no room whatsoever for a ratchet or wrench!

Ok so now comes yet another question, the gas filler hoses, there's two of them, a big and a small one. The kit didn't come with any extra hoses, just one 3/4 6inch long piece but it says that one if for the ac hose rubbing on the alternator.

Am I right?
I am guessing I have to go and buy some extra hose?
What sizes are they??

thanks

LOL never heard that one before.

Yes i have a rollbar, lol, i also have 4 KC lights that mount to them.
I also have a front brush/push guard with 2 more KC lights, that i will be mounting on it soon.
Also going to make custom Stainless Steel skid plates all under the truck.
Saving up to put some 33s tires on it.
Maybe next fall a suspension lift?

For The Mother F*cking win.
I've got Dick Cepek Baja Lasers on mine. 130W each.
I was going to put two more on the front, but i i decided to put some bigger foglights on there then originally intended.
this is the best i got of mine.

If you want some wiring info, i can PM you on how i did mine.

Nice rollbars, are they painted that tan color?? or what?
What kind of wiring info/suggestions you got? Thanks?

Also, since i have put in the lift kit, when i turn/go over bumps/entry ways, it seems to clunk/knock, like the spacers are clunking or something. Everything is tight and wont move, but i just dont know where it's coming from. I even see the bed/box moving a bit when i turn and like the frame is under twisting stress or something. Every bolt is tight, i have checked and double checked, and don't want to risk breaking a bolt off tho.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I've used an impact on all the bolts and even used my long ratchet/breaker bar to tighten bolts.

Thanks

I've never heard of the Clunking thing before. Sway bar link?
The rollbar is the same as the bumpers and fender flares. Painters Touch Granite grey.
Quick overview of wires: Trailer wiring, two wires each light, up to the cab, I grabbed power from the battery, and split it four ways into switches. it runs under the cab up against the rail. i'll get pics if you want.

If its a 4wd your not going to find a suspension lift for cheaper. You can look used but you still won't find them for cheaper then $1000. Body lift is going to be your best bet if you want cheap.
