Lower control arm adjuster

Hello all . New here and also to the Ford Ranger after many years as an F150 owner. My question is :Why is there an adjustment cam on my right (pass.) side lower control arm and none on the left(drivers) side? 2002 2wd XLT. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

It is for the caster split adjustment and only one adjuster is needed. This is set on the assembly line and is not normally disturbed during routine field alignments.
