Measuring for shocks on 93 2x4 with a 4" lift?

Yo yo everyone just have some quick starter questions on my first ranger project truck that I'm working on.. It has a 4" front suspension lift and 3" blocks on the rear..im not sure of the manufacturer of the front components but 2 parts are stamped one is stamped 04-1100 and the other 00-1100 and the lift components are yellow in color..so any help as far as identifying the manufacturer would be just awesome.whoever lifted this thing never extended the sway bar links and the are way over extended..see pic?I'm thinking of some Skywalker 6" links? My main question? the shocks are shot and have no markings left on them how would I go about measuring the front and rear for new shocks? thanks for any help
