One or two bushings with front shocks

I have a 91 ford ranger rwd 4 L, 6 cyl, xlt. I'm replacing the front shocks. The old shocks only used one rubber bushing at top. My new Monroe shocks 32235 included two bushings. Is the extra bushing for later Rangers? Or, should I use both with my Ranger?

Ok, I just found my answer. The extra bushing that I thought it didn't use was stuck in the top. Gee, I wished there were a way to erase posts. Now don't I feel silly!

You may feel silly, but you also learned something that you'll remember for the rest of your life.
