Questions about front suspension

I got a question about replacing the adjuster bolts on my torsion bars. I noticed a few weeks ago that my torsion bar adjuster bolts were bent at a 90* angle to the crossmember. I also got a new set of 33" tires. I need to replace the bolts to crank the bars...
Can I just remove the bent bolts and put in the new ones or do I need special tools or procedures to do this properly and safely?

Just remove, replace, and adjust. Removing the torsion bar would be anothet story.
