lol i dislike my bilsteins. they have practically no rebound dampning and the compression is to soft to boot.

but i havent compared them with anyhting eles, and i hope these are not the best the market has to offer.. that bolt it....

I have heard good things about KYB as well. I think it more depends on what you need them to do. If you just ride on the street, or street and mild offroad, or serious off, towing, etc etc

KYB MonoMax if u offroad or tow, if its a street-queen, KYB Gas-A-Justs. (Both Monotube).
Any monotube shock outperforms any twin-tube or triple-tube shock.

Monroe...please dont.
Rancho...made my monroe, again, please dont.
ProComp...oil charged, at least go with a gas-charged shock.
Bilstein...well at least its a monotube shock, thats all I can say bout them.

Ditto on the MonoTube KYB's.. What can I say.. I'm biased.. my street ride can be a little jittery at times.. but when I'm offroading.. people swear I've got the most comfortable ride offroad.. They shrug off potholes like they arent anything

So are the KYB's
Look around and see the pros and cons of each shock.

bilsteins FTMFW! <-lol

I have bilsteins and love them for the street. I hear they hit a point and wear out, I haven't experienced, but will find out I guess. Probably go with a set of KYBs next go around.
