shock question, besides bilstein wat other?

shock question, besides bilstein wat other?

hello fellow ranger brothers and sis, ( i think theres lady here right? ) anyhow ive got to put some shocks in soon, like yesterday, getting winshield installed now, and soon my inner rods, but now im shopping for front shocks, mine are dead, what other brand is good? im really wanting bilstein, but my wife says i can go with others, yep u know it im married n not the same as when ur single and can buy anything u want,lol.

anyhow will appreaciate all your help, as always u guys are very helpfull and i learn a lot from your forum,.

I guess on 4X4's the only other I would consider is Rancho. If it was a car I'd say short of Bilstein, I would Go Edelbrock, or monroe sensatrac shocks. I had monroe's on my buick Roady and it handled awesome! Next buick will have bilstein shocks and eiback springs though.

thanx hazard,

at the moment i only got the funds for rancho , getting windshield installed right now at 180 dllrs mobile inst. n going to get inner rod and shocks, plus beer for i and the mechanic, so i dont have money for the bilstein i wud luv to get,.


and about the fat chicks , so true, until i get bilsteins , it has to be done in their car, hopefully a hummer ,lol.

you have procomp shocks and kyb shocks as well.

i'm getting Bilstiens when I do my lift... OE heavy duty in the front and 4" extended in the rear

i would prolly use procomps in the rear becasue they are inexpensive.
