Should I do a 4” spindle lift and 2” longer coil springs
Looking to lift my ranger I found a kit that has a 4inch spindle lift and comes with 2 inch longer coil and 3inch blocks for the rear and comes with shocks all around and the kit is from MaxTrac suspension does anyone have one of these kits ?

With the spindles, you'll have to grind the bottom lip off your lower control arms and you may have some rubbage on the coil bucket. Those are the biggest complaints I've heard from these kits. Cheap and easy which I like
It's a simple lift, and one I'll be doing in the future with some mods to it, but if you're willing to go one more step, get the right control arms for it, too.
Camburg makes a whole kit with upper and lower control arms, spindles, coils, shocks and limiting straps, but they come at a premium.
Google "Camburg Ford Ranger suspension" and look for your application.
