Ever hear of punctuation? Use spell check, because I can't under stand or follow anything you said above.

Dave is right, that was VERY hard to read, let alone understand what you are trying to ask. My guess is you want to use a 2wd spindle lift on a 4x4 ranger? The answer is no. 2wd trucks (excluding the edge) are coil sprung. 4x4's that are 1998+ use torsion bars. I'm gonna say that a 2wd spindle will not accept the 4x4 hub, along with other issues.

There are TONS of threads about lifting your truck. If you SEARCH, you will find that your cheapest option will be a body lift.

Also, make a signature so you can list your trucks specifications, and any mods you have already done, so people can help answer questions about your specific truck.
Here is how to do that:

I don't know what spindles you were looking at but the 2x4 and 4x4 spindles/steering knuckles are completely different. There is a big hole through the steering knuckle on the 4x4, while the 2x4 has a spindle shaft sticking out of it.
I don't think any machine shop would be willing to try that mod for you.

It will NOT work, at least if you want to keep your 4x4 functioning. You can put a 4x2 spindle on your 4x4 truck, but you'll have to swap all the wheel bearings, rotors, ABS tone rings for 4x2 stuff, and remove the 4x4 CV shafts/axle/front driveshaft. It would be a complete downgrade for your truck.

Save your money for a Superlift.
