any one done the front spring hanger on a 96 ranger 2wd. Its on the drivers side and the gas tank makes it look like its gunna be a real PITA.... damn ny state potholes

 

I have done one on a 2003. Much easier with the bed off - 6 bed bolts, three on the filler neck and an electrical connector.

The tank is in the way but you can work around it. Also wire harness and various brake/fuel/evap lines to watch out for inside the rail.
