WD-40 is a "water dissplacer" and is just about totaly useless!!!!!
unless your truck has had parts replaced (with parts with grease fittings) then you can not grease it, stock parts do not have grease fittings.
probley gonna need a balljoint or 4, maybe a tie rod or 2.

i greased my front sway bar by undoing the two bolts that hold the bracket on and the the rubber bushing pulls of the bar by the factory slit in it...then fill it up with grease mine was bone dry with dirt in its place
