Icon8 Superlift filed chapter 11

I ordered a superlift kit in april and still havent received it. I just leasrned that they flied for chapter 11. So i called the web site i ordered it from and canceled the order. It just really pisses me off that i had to wait that long and no one was even going to tell me. and on top of that i already ordered the wheels and tires. I hope i can stuff 295/75/16s with just #1 t-bars and add-a-leaf in the rear. Im pissed sorry for the rant guys just had to vent!!!

Get a bodylift its cheaper and you will still be able to run those.

Then you will have to hold off on putting the wheels and tires on. 295's will be to large to fit stock even with cranked #1 bars.

Waynes a great guy to deal with, and a member of R/F

Also, where did you hear Superlift was in bankruptcy? Thier website is still up and it seems they are still in business! Heck, even if they were in bankruptcy, that doesn't mean they are out of business!

So with Superlift going to the toilet there is only the DB kit for 4wd IFS Rangers. Maybe Rancho will finally step in and make their kit. HAHA! Yeah right.

Like I said, chapter 11 does NOT mean out of business... Chapter 7 is liquidation, chapter 11 simply means the company cannot pay its debts and is at the mercy of the courts and may be taken over by the creditors. it is somewhat of a lengthy process and may result simply in new ownership. Nonetheless, the company can continue to opperate as SUperlift seems to be doing.

True, the guy i talked to said that superlift is trying to regroup inventory and then manufacturing kits that are out of stock. which may take a while that is why i canceled my order.
