Superlift Install time and shock question

How long was the install start to finish with the superlift kits guys? Just want an estimate on how long im going to need to expect to pay the shop for lol. i dont have time to do it myself.

Also, how satisfied are you with the front shocks that come with the kit? I am hopefully going to be able to keep my rear fox shocks and reuse them with the superlift kit, so itd just be the front ones im concerned about, i might even purchase new shocks if the kit ones suck,

It would probably take a shop two days. Drop it off in the morning and get it back the next morning. And, the Superlift shocks aren't that great, but you don't have much option for a direct replacement. You would have to convert the mounting styles.

while it is bolt on.. it just takes time to disassemble the whole front end.. in order to get the kit on.

Yes, it could be done much faster, but I highly doubt a shop would work on it like an individual would. Once you drop it off I doubt they will get right to it. You also have to account for lunch and breaks that a person at a shop would take.

To answer your question, it can be done in about 5 hours or so.

I sure as **** didn't do it in 5 hours. Took a WHOLE weekend alone. But that's cause the first time you take your front end apart its a learning experience. Especially when certain bolts dont want to go and you're calling people from around the US for advice.
