soo... a friend across the road has an expo that he's scrapping (he's "thinking" about keeping it, but the family friend he's living with wants him to get rid of it) i was gonna steal some much needed parts for my 93 ranger..

here's what im grabbing so far:


-front axle shaft u-joints (both sides)
-fan
-water pump (its got the 4.0L in it too)
-rear leaf springs


already grabbed the wipers mine were shot. but what else should i grab?? the only thing wrong with the expo is reverse is blown in it the rest of it works. might grab the steel rims for winter. umm... what else??? i was told that it has an 8.8 rear end in it by a guy that knows ford's and what he's talking about, (the guy has a lifted 93-95 ranger and a 2002 F-350 crewcab dually 1 ton). hopefully my friend is around tomorrow and i should grab the parts then.

what about the ball joints?? are they the same?? oh and the expo has no brakes.. i could grab the whole truck and bring it over here and strip it, like we have the room, but its just a matter of being "allowed" to by my parents and my mom isnt going for it.. haha ya i live with my parents.. let me know what else i should grab..

 

well i grabbed the alternator and bracket, rad,belt tensioner. tomorrow its the leaf springs.. and water pump.. hoping to get the rims too as they are in decent condition just gotta either find some junk ford rims that will fit, or a flatdeck trailer with/without a winch.
