Torsion bars to Coil-Overs!?

Is there any way to eliminate the torsion bars and run coil-overs w/o buying an entire lift? 99' Ranger 4x4

I wonder if you could just buy the RCD coils and shocks and would it work with the SL? Just to get rid of the t-bars.

Yeah guys on Explorer-forums are doing something like that. Buy he wants to run just the coilovers without lifting. You would have to find smaller coilovers
