pb blaster and an impact for stuck stuff. It's a pretty straight-forward install other than that.

double check ALL torque specs. I know I had to call RCD/Ford dealer to get some specifications on torque because RCD failed to include it in their instructions.

just say no to pickle forks. they are worthless, unless you goal is to tear stuff up.

there is a flat spot on the knuckle near the taper where the BJ passes thru. hit that area with a hammer, or flat tip chisel on a air hammer. it will come out. all you gotta do is loosen the taper, gravity will do the rest. make sure you leave the retaining nut on a lil bit so the knuckle doesnt fall off onto you foot or anything

take a look at the RCD knuckles. you will see where i beat on them near the lower BJ. use the same position on the stockers. i have never needed air to unstick a BJ. jus a BFH.

You are a man of your word.

RCD is Race Car Dynamics

for 4x4 rangers its a 5" lift kit that switches the suspension from torsion bars to coil overs up front

Got a garage full of snap on everything including the hot dog tool cart just sitting collecting dust. figured id get all learned on mechanics and screw around on my truck)
