Icon4 Untraceable Squeaking From Suspension

Hello!

First time owner of a 1999 Mazda B4000 4x4, 5 Speed Manual. I've owned the truck for a little over a year now, and put about 4000 miles on it. (Bought at 220,000, at about 224,000). In that time, I have replaced had someone else replace, or have done, the following.

Last 4000 Miles (All New Aftermarket / OEM Replacement Parts)
-Upper and Lower Control Arms/Ball Joints
-All 4 struts
-Alignment Bolts & Camber plates for front suspension
-Sway Bar End Links
-Interior Carpet
-All 4 tires (bought midrange replacements from discount tire)
-Two alignments, one after suspension replacement and one after leaf spring replacement

Last 1000 Miles
-All 6 Spark Plugs
-All 6 Spark Plug Wires
-Front CV Axles & Hubs (4x4)
-Radiator (Replaced with Aluminum)
-Leaf Springs
-Wind Shield/Wind Shield Wipers
-Oil Change / Filter Change
-U Joints on Front and Back Drive Shafts

The owner before me, who is a close friend of mine, did the following repairs when he bought the truck. He owned the truck only for 3 months before I bought it from him, so all his repairs are around 1 year old.

-Serpentine Belt
-Air Filter
-Oil & Filter
-Clutch
-Pilot Bearing
-Slave Cylinder
-Clutch Fluid
-Pinion Seal
-New transmission fluid / Transfer Case Fluid
-Front Driveshaft CV Joint
-Rear Main Seal / Front Main Seal
-Timing Cover Gasket
-Oil pan gasket
-Water pump gasket
-Power Steering Pump / Fluid
-Rear Break Pads
-Real Brake Self Adjusting Cable

This truck has given me a lot of trouble since I purchased it. One problem that I've noticed since early this year is a squeaking/Squealing sound which seems to me to originate from the front wheel well. It's pitch and frequency increase based on the rotation of the tires or the speed of the vehicle. And It makes the sound regardless of whether the engine or on or off, or whether it is in gear or in neutral (5 Speed Manual). Or whether I have my foot on the break or not. I jacked up the truck in the back, and the spinning back wheels do not make the sound when jacked, but the truck isn't under load. So I can only think that it's coming from the front. I replaced the front hubs and CV axles about 3-4 months ago. And It got rid of the noise for around 2-3 months. But now the noise is back. I've replaced every suspension component I can think of that might be making the noise, but it's still there. I've made this post seeking help, to see if anyone else has run into this issue, or if anyone else knows what it is. Whether there's a part I have not yet replaced that I need to that will get rid of it. Or whether there's a part I bought new that's faulty.

I've included a short video where you can hear the sound well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm kind of at my wits end, and am very tired of working on this truck.

-Zach
