Weird noise when letting off the gas and accelerating

What’s up guys, so I have a 2000 Ford Ranger RWD 4 cylinder 5 speed and out of no where everytime I let of the gas to shift and accelerate hard there’s this strange sound that sounds as if there’s something loose under the car ticking or chirping. It’s been doing it for a week now so I went under the car and checked literally everywhere and there’s no piece of metal loose hanging down there. Today I drove the car and some how it barely made noise only on hard acceleration it did a very low chirping noise but it did do something different...... Now once I pass 2 and a half rpms the truck starts to shake..... Please help me solve this

Sounds like the U-Joints on the drive shaft are going out.
