What lbs coil for coil-over sas

Ive just received all my stuff for the axles and now im starting to wonder whats a good starting point for the weight on the coil. Im going to use 2 inch fox racing coil-over shox.

Coilover conversion

Can I purchase the coilover conversion by itself?
