Whats the best 2" lift kit for a 2000 ford ranger
So ive been looking at forums about lifts for the 2000 rangers with torshen bars and all i can find people talking about keys and shackles and how the keys are bad and how body lifts are bad. So i was wondering if there was any other type of 2inch lift that i can get for my truck thats not body lift or keys and shackles, and if not which one of the two is better.

Im mainly want the lift for the look. Also what other types of lift are available?
